Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer

Darin Murray joined StingRay in June 2010 as a Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer. We are priveleged to have Darin as part of our engineering team due to his broad experience and diverse background supporting custom optical system design, fabrication, assembly and testing. Darin started his career in optics in the early 1990s as an entry level opto-mechanical engineer at the onset of the custom optical system group at Janos Technology. During the fifteen plus years he spent with the company, he advanced his career from entry level opto-mechanical engineer, to senior opto-mechanical engineer, engineering manager and ultimately technical sales/program manager for large volume custom optical system production efforts. As part of the StingRay family, Darin will use his skills in opto-mechanical engineering to design, assemble and test custom optical solutions across the spectrum.
