StingRay Optics 55mm Macro SWIR (SR0399-A01)
StingRay Optics now has an offering for those who favor the more artistic side of life! Introducing our 55mm Macro SWIR lens, dubbed SR0399-A01. This lens was developed specifically for use within the art conservation sphere. More specifically, the it focuses on paintings with the overall goal of "looking" through layers of paints to reveal the artists original underdrawings. This once again proves the ability of StingRay's optical designers and engineers to deliver superb products, no matter the application! This is not to say, however, that this lens could not be used for a wide array of end-uses. This 55mm F/2.25 Macro SWIR lens was optimized for a waveband range of 0.9-2.5 micrometers and has a 20mm FOV.
